SANDLOT: HEADING HOME, THE

Tommy Santorelli is a major league baseball star, but one whose career is marked by selfish play and a "me-first" attitude. He is knocked out by a pitch, and wakes up back on the Sandlot where he grew up. He relives a few days in his life as a 12-year old, including the day when he made the crucial choice to turn his back on his friends, and switch little league teams to try to further his baseball career. This selfish move set him on a path from which he never recovered. This time, however, with a second chance, he turns down the offer from the well-funded team, and a potential baseball scholarship, and sticks with his friends, leading the group of underdogs to the local championship and saving the Sandlot.
