Their inquiry leads them to suspect three men: the Senator the intern was having an affair with; a speechwriter who became mentally unstable and stalked her; and the intern’s boyfriend, the senator’s aid.

BOY IN A TREE, A - 1AKY01 - 2005 - Dr. Brennan and FBI agent Booth investigate the mysterious hanging death of a student at an elite prep school; all signs point to suicide, but their investigation leads them to two students who might be to blame.

HERO IN THE HOLD - 4AKY08 - 2009 - The Grave Digger serial killer returns and abducts Booth, demanding that evidence that would lead to his capture - evidence Hodgins has secretly been gathering without turning over to the FBI - be given to him in exchange for Booth's release.

PRINCESS AND THE PEAR, THE - 4AKY09 - 2009 - The body of woman wearing a medieval princess dress leads to the investigation of a sci-fi/fantasy convention, with Agent Perotta filling in for an incapacitated Booth; and with insight from geeky squint Colin Fisher, they learn that the victim may have owned a highly valuable piece of sci-fi memorabilia many would kill to possess.

BONES THAT FOAM, THE - 4AKY10 - 2009 - A car salesman found dead in a gorge was already dead before he was thrown off of the bridge, thus ruling out suicide; at the lab the victim's bones start to foam, throwing the lab into an immediate lockdown; and the team realizes they have only 24 hours to determine the cause of death before the bones disintegrate completely.

SALT IN THE WOUNDS, THE - 4AKY11 - 2009 - A petrified human body is found buried in a mound of salt; the victim is a 16-year-old high-school volleyball player who's been missing for three weeks, and was part of an alleged "pregnancy pact" with her teammates; and when Angela and Roxie discuss adopting a dog, they must confront larger issues in their relationship.

DOCTOR IN THE DEN, THE - 4AKY12 - 2009 - The half-eaten body of Cam's former fiancée is found in the tiger cage at the zoo, and Booth and Brennan determine that the death was no accident; and the team pieces together the fiancée's final evening and questions suspects; including Brandon Casey, whom Sweets and Angela hypnotize to help jog his memory.

SCIENCE IN THE PHYSICIST, THE - 4AKY13 - 2009 - Shattered, pulverized human remains contain a meteorite shard, which leads the team to a physics lab in DC; the victim was engaged to the lab's founder, and had been working on an extremely controversial project that garnered her many death threats; meanwhile, Angela's father arrives to seek revenge on Hodgins, and Sweets attempts to mediate the situation.

CINDERELLA IN THE CARDBOARD, THE - 4AKY14 - 2009 - An image of the Virgin Mary at a recycling plant turns out to be an outline of dried human blood from a flattened body; the victim had been planning the perfect wedding for years, but it transpires that her fiancé was not the only man in her life; Sweets’ girlfriend Daisy is spotted trying on a wedding dress with another man; and Hodgins and Angela come to terms with the status of their relationship.

MAYHEM ON A CROSS, THE - 4AKY15 - 2009 - A human skeleton being used as a prop for a death-metal band turns out to be the remains of a murdered bassist named Mayhem from a band called Spew; and Sweets asks Dr. Gordon Wyatt for input on the book he’s writing about Booth and Brennan, and gets an interesting perspective on the pair’s unique relationship.

DOUBLE DEATH OF THE DEARLY DEPARTED, THE - 4AKY16 - 2009 - When one of their colleagues dies, purportedly of a heart attack, Brennan finds broken bones; unable to obtain an injunction to stop the cremation, she and Cam steal the body to examine it; they find that he was poisoned, fell into a coma, mistakenly declared dead by the coroner, and later stabbed by a surprised undertaker when the body began to spasm; the team races against the clock to find the real murderer before anyone notices that the body is gone.

GIRL IN THE MASK, THE - 4AKY17 - 2009 - When a Japanese detective's sister goes missing in Washington, Booth and Brennan discover her decapitated head, and the ensuing investigation leads to an elite escort service; when they discover that her roommate is also missing, they must race against the clock to find her killer.

BEAVER IN THE OTTER, THE - 4AKY18 - 2009 - When a dead body is found in an Otter costume (a university mascot), Brennan and Booth investigate whether the victim was dead beforehand, or killed during a college bonfire event; the victim, a frat boy nicknamed Beaver, had a money-making operation on the side, and was making a killing of his own; and Booth offers to help his brother Jared find a new job after being dishonorably discharged from the Navy.

CRITIC IN THE CABERNET, THE - 4AKY19 - 2009 - The body of a wine critic is found inside a barrel of wine during a tasting, and the scathingly cruel critic had many enemies. Meanwhile, Brennan wants a child, and asks Booth to be the father; the request dredges up a host of unspoken feelings and unresolved issues between them. The stress, coupled with Booth's undiagnosed health issue, leads to a hallucinatory visit from Family Guy’s animated, diabolical baby Stewie Griffin, who offers Booth advice.

END IN THE BEGINNING, THE - 4AKY20 - 2009 - Everyone is a suspect when a body is found murdered at a popular nightclub known as the Lab; in an unusual twist of storytelling, Brennan, Booth, and the Jeffersonian team take on various roles outside their normal duties, including serving as the nightclub staff as well as local law enforcement; and slew of special guest stars, including Max Keenan (guest star O'Neal), Jared Booth (guest star Fehr), and the members of Mötley Crüe, pay a visit.

HARBINGER IN A FOUNTAIN - 5AKY01 - 2009 - Angela's psychic (guest star Cyndi Lauper) predicts that there are multiple bodies buried under a fountain; the lead pans out, and Booth and Brennan find the remains of 11 bodies exactly where the psychic said they would be; meanwhile Sweets has certified Booth mentally fit to return to duty after his brain surgery, but he is still experiencing some side effects.

BOND IN THE BOOT, THE - 5AKY02 - 2009 - Brennan and Booth investigate the body of a man murdered for the undisclosed contents of a briefcase; early evidence leads the team to suspect secret operatives are at work, and their theories are supported when the liquefied remains of a CIA agent are discovered in the trunk of a car; meanwhile, Brennan's best-selling book leads to financial success, and serves as a point of contention with Booth; and Jeffersonian intern Wendell loses his scholarship.

NIGHT AT THE BONES MUSEUM, THE - 5AKY05 - 2009 - Charred human remains are found to be a mummified Egyptian royal on loan to the Jeffersonian; when the Jeffersonian curator prepping the mummy for exhibition is murdered, the team suspects foul play; investigation of the curator sheds new light on the life of the mummy, turning the case into one of historic proportions; Brennan goes on a date with Booth's supervisor and former intern; and Sweets' girlfriend Daisy Wick returns.

TOUGH MAN IN THE TENDER CHICKEN, THE - 5AKY06 - 2009 - The mutilated remains of a local chicken farmer are found; he was set to inherit a chicken factory-farm known and protested for its animal cruelty; the farmer had many enemies, including extremist animal-rights activists and bitter neighbors; Angela is bothered by the farm's practices, and launches her own animal-rights campaign.

DWARF IN THE DIRT, THE - 5AKY07 - 2009 - Booth has to get re-certified for FBI marksmanship, but is not the accurate shot he was before his brain surgery; and the team investigates the murder of a little person who wrestled under the name "The Iron Leprechaun."

FOOT IN THE FORECLOSURE, THE - 5AKY08 - 2009 - Booth's grandfather Hank comes to live with him, and tags along as Brennan and Booth investigate ashes and charred remains found by a real-estate agent while showing a property to prospective buyers; the team identifies the victims as plus-size lovers, neither of whom seemed to have many enemies; and Hank tries to play matchmaker for Booth, and lets Brennan in on some family secrets.

GAMER IN THE GREASE, THE - 5AKY09 - 2009 - The remains of a competitive gamer, the only gamer to have ever gotten a perfect score on a famous video game, are discovered in a grease truck; the gamer had been charging fans to play on the machine that gave him the perfect score, but his lucrative enterprise and champion status had made him many enemies; meanwhile, Hodgins, Sweets, and Colin take turns camping out for tickets to a movie premiere.

BONES ON THE BLUE LINE - 5AKY15 - 2010 - When a subway train is thrown off the track by 60,000 gallons of flood water, a partially skeletonized body emerges out of the overflow; while Dr. Sweets (a passenger on the derailed train) copes with post-traumatic stress, the rest of the team and intern Daisy Wick identify the victim as a professional ghost writer caught up in a deadly love triangle; Brennan releases her second book to great success, but has to accommodate a nosy reporter; and Sweets' near-death experience leads him to make a drastic decision.

PART IN THE SUM OF THE WHOLE, THE - 5AKY16 - 2010 - In BONES' 100th episode, Brennan and Booth recount the first case they worked on together for Sweets' nearly-finished book: A young and rebellious Booth seeks the help of a team of anthropological scientists and a street artist; although in unfamiliar territory, Dr. Brennan, her grad student Zack, and Hodgins get right to work, impressing Booth with their knack for uncovering new leads, and substantiating his theory about a well-connected district judge.

ROCKER IN THE RINSE CYCLE, THE - 5AKY19 - 2010 - When the body of a rich adventure-seeker is found in a hotel laundry machine, Booth and Brennan's investigation leads to a Rock ‘n Roll Fantasy Camp; at the lab, a fragment of prehistoric woolly-mammoth tusk (found with the remains) and Angela’s knowledge of the music industry are used to connect the evidence to potential suspects; meanwhile, Cam looks for doctors for her daughter Michelle.

WITCH IN THE WARDROBE, THE - 5AKY20 - 2010 - A cabin burns down in the woods, revealing two bodies - one of a modern-day witch and one from the days of the Salem Witch Trials - leading Booth and Brennan into the world of Wicca to find a killer; and when Hodgins' reckless driving gets him and Angela arrested and thrown in jail, Sweets and intern Clark Edison step into unfamiliar territory to help out the team.

TWISTED BONES IN THE MELTED TRUCK, THE - 6AKY09 - 2010 - A human carcass with a gunshot wound has literally melted into the dashboard of a charred truck, but the team discovers that neither the fire nor the bullet killed him; the victim's wife is a local high school teacher, and a student-teacher relationship is uncovered; meanwhile, Sweets resists helping Daisy pass a government psychological evaluation, and Hannah tries to warm up to Booth's son, Parker.  (INTERNATIONAL ONLY)

BULLET IN THE BRAIN, THE - 6AKY10 - 2011 - When Heather Taffet, a.k.a. "The Gravedigger," makes her final appeal after being sentenced to death, somebody shoots her. The Jeffersonian team is tasked to piece together the sniper's precise location, and suspicion falls on Brennan's father Max and even Booth as plausible suspects. Meanwhile, Sweets attempts to put on a brave face after being caught in the firestorm just moments following a chilly encounter with The Gravedigger.  (INTERNATIONAL ONLY)

BODY IN THE BAG, THE - 6AKY11 - 2011 - An unidentifiable body is discovered in the shower of an upscale home belonging to a young female socialite. Skeletal reconstruction and evidence in the drain reveal that the victim was a young Chinese girl who was employed by a counterfeit handbag distributor, who wanted desperately to fit in with a hip, exclusive crowd. Meanwhile, Angela and Hodgins discuss their future home and where they want to raise a family, and Booth opens up to Hannah about Brennan's feelings for him.  (INTERNATIONAL ONLY)

SIN IN THE SISTERHOOD, THE - 6AKY12 - 2011 - A body disguised as a scarecrow is found with a bullet wound, and the team must work against the clock to avoid a storm that would affect the evidence. The victim's three wives are also sisters, and jealousy between them and their desire for their husband's attention had caused a major rift in the family. Meanwhile, Cam loses confidence in her relationship with her on-call doctor boyfriend, but they both realize they need to make their relationship a priority.  (INTERNATIONAL ONLY)

DAREDEVIL IN THE MOLD, THE - 6AKY13 - 2011 - A BMX rider's remains are discovered in a molding mass on the roof of a warehouse after a failed attempt to complete a bike stunt. When Booth and Brennan locate the victim's stolen bike, the team concludes that the victim was killed by blunt physical force, making his death a criminal investigation. Meanwhile, Sweets turns to Booth for advice about proposing to Daisy, and Booth makes a grand gesture to show Hannah his commitment to their relationship.  (INTERNATIONAL ONLY)

BIKINI IN THE SOUP, THE - 6AKY14 - 2011 - The liquefied remains of a wedding planner are found in her home tanning bed on Valentine's Day, and Cam pressures her team to solve the case in time for her to celebrate the holiday with her boyfriend. Meanwhile, Booth and Brennan downplay the significance of Valentine's Day and Hodgins tries to plan a romantic day for Angela, but Clark helps him realize that the most meaningful gifts come from the heart.  (INTERNATIONAL ONLY)

KILLER IN THE CROSSHAIRS, THE - 6AKY15 - 2011 - After murdering the Gravedigger, sniper-on-the-loose Jacob Broadsky strikes again. This time, his victim is a prior suspect who escaped the justice system. Booth uses his own military training to beat the sniper at his own game, and vows to go to any lengths necessary to ensure that justice is served. In a heated and dramatic face-off, Booth has minutes to catch Broadsky before he hits an intended target, but Broadsky's skill and speed may prove to be a worthy adversary. BLACKOUT IN THE BLIZZARD, THE - 6AKY16 - 2011 - A severe blizzard causes a city-wide blackout, adding to the obstacles the team must overcome in order to solve a murder case that could be linked to a potential viral outbreak. When Booth and Brennan find themselves trapped in an elevator, Sweets does more than what's asked of him when he initiates a touchy conversation about Booth and Brennan's relationship. FINDER, THE - 6AKY17 - 2011 - The remains of a maritime museum security guard are found in the Florida Everglades after an attempt to steal an obsolete 17th century nautical chart fragment used to find treasures. Booth seeks the help of Walter Sherman, a former Iraqi soldier with an uncanny gift to unearth anyone and anything. But when a woman is found murdered with remnants of the map lodged in her remains, the team discovers centuries of history linked to the map and the suspect behind the crimes. FEET ON THE BEACH, THE - 6AKY18 - 2011 - Seven pairs of dismembered feet wash ashore after a flood on the U.S.-Canada border, six of which are research corpses from a nearby university body farm. When Canadian forensic podiatrist Dr. Douglas Filmore takes the remains back to Canada, he and Brennan form an alliance. A rare and expensive pair of sneakers leads the team to the victim's murderer. TRUTH IN THE MYTH, THE - 6AKY19 - 2011 - The remains of a mythbuster television show host are found in the wilderness appearing to have been killed by the mythic Chupacabra, a creature he'd been trying to debunk. Suspects include a rival wilderness-channel host/cryptozoologist/pet psychic, but a tape from the crime scene and peculiar tooth marks in the victim's remains lead the team to the truth. Meanwhile, recovering alcoholic squint Vincent Nigel-Murray makes amends with each member of the team and makes some surprising confessions.  (INTERNATIONAL ONLY)

PINOCCHIO IN THE PLANTER, THE - 6AKY20 - 2011 - An ad man's body is found in a newly-built community center playground. The victim had burned his bridges by adopting an aggressive attitude toward honesty and was a member of a radical honesty support group. The Jeffersonian crew attempts to adopt a more honest way of communicating that doesn't always lend itself to good relationships, and Angela urges Hodgins to confront the realities of their pregnancy.  (INTERNATIONAL ONLY)

SIGNS IN THE SILENCE, THE - 6AKY21 - 2011 - A 15-year-old Jane Doe, who is hearing impaired and unable to communicate, is found on the streets covered in blood and wielding a knife, leading the team to believe she is responsible for a recent murder.
