SERIES DESCRIPTION:

Egotistical TV anchorman Chuck Darling returns to his former Pittsburgh station after a fall from grace, reuniting with former co-anchor Kelly Carr.

Season 1

PILOT - 1ANX79 - 2007 - Chuck Darling co-anchored the Pittsburgh nightly news for six years before moving on to greener pastures; when an embarrassing newscast tirade ends up on the Internet, Chuck is fired and is forced to accept his old job; his former co-anchor, Kelly Carr, is none too happy about his return… but for reasons Chuck would not have guessed.

FISH STORY - 1ANX01 - 2007 - Hoping to prove to Kelly that he's a changed man, Chuck does his best to care for a goldfish he received as a gift, but suffers a comedy of errors; and Gary prepares himself for a stun-gun story.

THE FIRST SUPPER - 1ANX02 - 2007 - Kelly is caught off guard when Chuck and Gracie hit it off after an impromptu dinner; Ryan reveals his crush on Montana; Gary makes a play for the weekend anchor position.

A GENTLEMAN ALWAYS LEADS - 1ANX03 - 2007 - After overhearing some of his old newsroom buddies commenting on his fall from fame, Chuck tries to manipulate Kelly so that he can cover the lead story that night; and Montana and Marsh fight over an intern.

A NIGHT OF POSSIBILITIES- 1ANX04 - 2007 - When Chuck turns down a dinner invitation from Ryan in order to leave his evening open for possible romance, Kelly accuses him of being selfish and rude; Chuck, pointing out Kelly's strict adherence to order, accuses Kelly of being uptight and rigid; determined to prove the other wrong, they both change their plans for the night.

GRACIE'S BULLY - 1ANX05 - 2007 - Gracie's class takes a fieldtrip to the station, where Chuck finds out that one of Gracie's classmates has been bullying her; while Kelly wants to handle the situation diplomatically, Chuck feels that Gracie should deal with the bully herself in a more direct manner; and everyone else at the station faces their own obstacles while dealing with their young visitors.

SOMETHING'S UP THERE - 1ANX06 - 2007 - Carefully laid plans for Gracie's birthday party fall apart when Kelly and Montana discover a vicious raccoon in the attic right before the party is set to begin; and Gary struggles to make it home on time for his anniversary, but the team's hi-jinks make his goal nearly impossible.

BUSINESS OR PLEASURE? - 1ANX07 - 2008 - When the rival news station's dashing young anchor asks Kelly out on a date, Chuck assumes the anchor is trying to steal Kelly for his own station; Chuck needs to accept that someone may be interested in Kelly for reasons other than business; and Gary covers a convention for people who wear animal costumes.

DATE NIGHT - 1ANX08 - 2008 - Chuck accuses Kelly of still being obsessed with him, and they end up on simultaneous dates at the same restaurant; and Marsh and Gary help Ryan prepare for his cyber-date.

CRADLE TO GRAVE - 1ANX09 - 2008 - Kelly is asked to give the eulogy at a former colleague's funeral, only to find that the deceased anchor hadn't been truthful about his relationship with her; and when Kelly's babysitter cancels at the last minute, Chuck offers to help in an attempt to bond with the ever-precocious Gracie.

THE NEW BOSS - 1ANX10 - 2008 - When the new station manager shakes things up, Chuck and Kelly attempt to confront her about the changes; Gary is apprehensive about booking a cruise; and Marsh accidentally takes his wife's estrogen pill.

HOUSE OF TOMORROW - 1ANX11 - 2008 - Chuck has a date with a sexy realtor, and ends up buying a computer operated house to impress Kelly; Marsh helps Gary vie for the station's weatherman job; and Ryan bears a striking resemblance to a murder suspect.

WALL OF FAME - 1ANX12 - 2008 - While at a surprise party for Chuck that Marsh has thrown, Chuck and Kelly discover an incriminating photograph on Marsh's wall portraying them in a compromising position in the background; they must take evasive action before anyone notices; and Gary and Ryan stumble into Marsh and Peg's bedroom, and are disturbed by an erotic mural.

HUG AND TELL - 1ANX13 - 2008 - Kelly has second thoughts about telling Gracie that Chuck is her father, and insists that they see a therapist to determine the best way to break the news; and Gary consistently fails to get a hug from everyone's favorite security guard.

TWO STEPS FORWARD, ONE STEP BACK - 1ANX14 - 2008 - As Gracie comes to terms with the fact that Chuck is her father, Chuck and Kelly recall the bizarre circumstances that brought about the night that Gracie was conceived.

CHUCK AND KELLY, DOIN' IT AGAIN - 1ANX15 - 2008 - A new ad campaign for their newscast forces Chuck and Kelly to rethink disclosing a personal secret they've kept hidden for ten years; and Marsh can't stop giving his stuff away.

HOSTAGE WATCH - 1ANX16 - 2008 - Breaking news of a bank robbery in progress hits close to home when the would-be thief takes hostages, and demands to speak with Chuck; and Chuck puts his life in danger to get the story.
